Don`t waste your money You will receive NO customer support, only bizarre responses back that if you cuss, or are rude it will further delay your response. Not only did I never cuss or was rude, I left numerous nice, pleading emails and voicemails and have heard nothing. I have had the program for 1 year am unable to use it in my practice and have now given up on them ever helping me. Don't waste your time or your money.

The application downloaded well,but it does not run...

The download works fine, but the application will not run. It aborts on startup with an error related to attempting to load 'vbalGrid' from 'vbalSGrid6.ocx'. This is Visual Basic ActiveX control. You should really supply this as part of the download/install file, as it's needed by the application. I haven't been able to install it correctly from other sources.

problem with starting the program I have a problem with starting a program. I sucsessfuly installed the program but when I want to start it say: run-timee error 372 failed to load the control ´vbalgrid´ from vbalsgrid6.ocx...What should I do? Vista OS.
